I am Miklós Fiáth, an ICF ACC accredited coach with nearly 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and technical roles, including 15 years in the automotive industry and 10 years in leadership positions. Since 2023, I have been living in Qatar with my family.
As a coach, I specialize in supporting managers with leadership challenges, career development, and personal life issues. My goal is to help my clients become more confident and successful through the coaching process, while enabling them to maximize their potential.
MY COACHING SERVICES
Using my experience, I specialised mainly in such topics, which focus on the obstacles and challenges of work and business life, but often these they can hardly be separated from private life problems. I work with what client offers. I respond to the topic, but coach the whole man.
From March 2024, I expanded my coaching toolbox with the Motivational Maps Licensed Practitioner service. The Motivational Maps is a dynamic and practical self-knowledge and development tool that successfully improves the performance of individuals, teams, and organisations, and can also serve as a compass in case of a career change plan.
