Hello

I’m Miklós Fiáth, an ICF ACC certified Executive and Career Coach. As a father of two, a former business leader, and now a full-time coach, I understand the challenges of career transitions, reinvention, and finding balance between work and life.

I spent most of my career in the corporate world, primarily in the automotive industry, in senior sales and marketing leadership roles. Over fifteen years in fast-paced, high-pressure environments taught me the value of clear thinking, conscious decisions, and inner stability. Coaching and self-awareness first helped me find my own answers – today, I help others do the same.

Leadership development, career coaching, direction-finding, and decision support – these are the core pillars of my work, whether I’m supporting senior leaders, mid-level professionals, or those starting over.

I’m currently based in Qatar and support both Hungarian and international clients – with business insight, professional coaching tools, and a people-centered approach.

I believe it’s not what happens that matters most – but how you respond to it. And sometimes, all you need is to walk with someone to the bridge… and decide together whether to cross it.
